Alan S. Levine, Esq.

Alan S. Levine, Esq. is the founding Partner of Levine and Associates and founding co-partner of Addiction Recovery Legal Services, LLC. He has been a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, since 1990.

Mr. Levine handles complex nursing home abuse, wrongful death and personal injury litigation throughout the country. He has litigated, resolved and obtained judgments in the six and seven figure range and has successfully appeared before the Supreme Courts of Florida and Nevada.

 

Mr. Levine also represents elderly, disabled individuals and their families either privately or through court appointment in various litigation proceedings including trust, probate, and guardianship. He personally represented hundreds of individuals and families with regard to drug addiction, mental health, and criminal issues. Has lectured to various medical professionals and is an accepted expert and authority of the Florida Marchman Act. Mr. Levine has also had the unique experience managing a successful county wide judicial campaign. As Campaign Manager, he worked to ensure his wife’s election as County Court Judge in Broward County, Florida.

 

Mr. Levine is a member of the: Broward County Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Association for Justice and a Board Member of Florida’s Children First.

 

Mr. Levine attended Miami Palmetto High School and subsequently went to the University of Miami graduating in 1986 earning a Bachelor of Music degree, Certificate of Distinguished Academic Achievement, Music Industry Program Directors Award and induction into the Iron Arrow Honor Society (the highest honor attainable at the University). Mr. Levine then attended Nova Southeastern University Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1989.
